LIV5!

Last February 18, 2012, a friend of mine got us tickets to see Live 5 which brings 5 western bands into the country (A+ Dropouts, The Summer Set, The Ready Set, A rocket to the Moon and Forever the Sickest Kids!) This year's event was much bigger compared to last year's which only brought three bands. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend at that time for some reasons.

First up, A+ Dropouts!

Frankly, I don't know much about A+ Dropouts other than the lead is Filipino and only 14 years of age!! They played a couple of songs,six at max which non of it I'm familiar with. But I can't stop rooting for them the whole time. I guess my Pinoy pride just kicked in. Keep your eyes on the look out... They're still young but very talented, I bet we could hear more about them in the near future.

3rd Act!!

Jordan!!

For those who doesn't know, The Ready Set is a one man band. Jordan Witzigreuter is the vocalist and sole member of the act. He generally writes and records on his own, using a backup band when on tour. 

He has once stated, "The Ready Set is, always has been, and always will be just me." The name was adopted due to the his concerns that his last name, Witzigreuter, would be difficult for people to pronounce.

It was already night fall when A Rocket to the Moon came on stage but that didn't stop the crowd from cheering on them.
It was crazy, deafening really!
 Everybody just joined in singing...

Nick even changed up the lyrics to Baby blue eyes and sang mean(Taylor Swift)at the end.

It was a crowd pleaser when they sang Mr. right, everyone just joined in...

The entrance of Forever the Sickest Kids just made the people go wild and screaming at the top of their lungs! They kept on singing and dancing along to every song.

The crowd's energy brought FTSK alive! They end the concert with an encore performance...

The concert was indeed awesome, but it wouldn't be complete without a few pictures with the friends and people I met that day!:)
